Maximiliano Acuña

Maximiliano develops his practice in corporate, contract and commercial law, advising national and international clients in the incorporation, modification and regularisation of companies, as well as in the drafting of contracts and corporate documents.

He holds a law degree with a major in private law from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. During his training, he showed a special interest in the corporate field, standing out for his rigorous analysis, technical precision and commitment to the delivery of efficient legal solutions.

He completed an internship in the area of Governance, Ethics and Compliance at Falabella, where he collaborated in the updating of internal regulations and the management of complaints.

He has been part of ECIJA Chile since July 2025.
