Marta Serrano

Has experience advising national and international companies on regulatory compliance and strategic digital transformation projects.

Throughout her career, she has worked in the design, implementation and auditing of Data Protection Management Systems at an international level (GDPR and LATAM), leading projects on artificial intelligence, validation of remote hiring processes, eCommerce and applications, as well as in managing security breaches and sanctioning procedures before control authorities. Her experience includes the preparation of assessments and risk analyses (DPIA, LIA, TIA, ROPA), structuring and negotiating contracts and privacy agreements, and advising in technological, contractual, consumer matters and digital environments.

Marta combines a solid legal knowledge with a technical approach, collaborating in international university education and participating in corporate initiatives aimed at equality and strategic development.
