Maria is an expert in insolvency and bankruptcy law, with more than 15 years of experience in complex insolvency proceedings.
He has a solid track record in handling second chance proceedings and insolvency proceedings, both from the perspective of the individual lawyer and from the role of the insolvency administrator. He has also been involved in the defence of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, consolidating his technical and strategic profile in this field.
