She holds a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s Degree in Insolvency Law from the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), and a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and International Advocacy from ISDE.
Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive advice in insolvency proceedings and corporate restructurings, with the primary objective of preserving the viability of companies and their economic activity. Her work covers the entire process, from the pre-insolvency stage and the negotiation of restructuring plans to the full handling of insolvency proceedings in all their forms.
She also has extensive experience in second chance proceedings, having advised consumers and self-employed professionals on obtaining the discharge of outstanding debts.
Her professional approach combines deep technical knowledge of insolvency regulations with a highly practical perspective, aimed at achieving viable and effective solutions both in out-of-court negotiations and within judicial proceedings.
