María Ignacia Romero Arrau

She is a qualified lawyer from the University of Los Andes, holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Social Security from the same university, and has a Diploma in Corporate Labour Law.

She has over five years’ experience in labour litigation and in advising national and international companies on matters relating to individual and collective labour relations. She has been a co-author of the annual edition of ‘Labour and Employment Compliance in Chile’ (Wolters Kluwer) since 2022.
