Lawyer with more than  twenty years of experience in litigation, especially in international  litigation .

María specialises in the management and handling of judicial and arbitration proceedings in civil and commercial matters, both nationally and internationally.

She has developedan extensive practice in asset recovery, designing cross-border asset investigation strategies and international judicial cooperation, with an interdisciplinary and innovative approach.

He began his professional career in Nicaragua, at the law firmTaboada & Asociados, in Managua (2004). Subsequently, he joined the litigation department of Garrigues,where he worked for eight years. After this period, he founded his own firm, consolidating a career marked by his specialisation in international litigation and insolvency.

  • M.A. (Master in Arts), London City University, London (2012-2014).
