María Ballester

She is a partner of ECIJA Zaragoza and founding partner of CORP Abogados, a firm integrated in ECIJA in 2025. She has more than 15 years of experience advising companies from different sectors, both national and international, in commercial, corporate and contract law. She holds the position of secretary of the Board of Directors of several capital companies, providing a strategic vision in corporate governance matters.

She began her professional career in Garrigues' Zaragoza office as a member of the Commercial Department. She subsequently founded her own firm, where she continued her practice until the founding of CORP Abogados. She specialises in acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, mergers and structural modifications, as well as in the design of family protocols and comprehensive legal advice to family businesses.

She regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and seminars specialising in commercial matters, consolidating her profile as a reference in the corporate field.
