Marco Quesada

Marco has participated in environmental due diligence processes, litigation in Courts of Justice and the Environmental Administrative Court, he is lead auditor of ISO environmental, quality, occupational health and safety standards; internal auditor of energy standards, food safety, as well as Carbon Neutrality quantifier and verifier. He also has extensive experience in the areas of family, transit and immigration law.

He has carried out legal compliance diagnostics in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, FSSC 22000 in companies in Central America, Panama and the United States in different industries including: food, chemicals, waste management, products and services.

He has participated in Environmental Due Diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions in the areas of goods raises, telecommunications, products and services, hotel industry and aeronautical industry.

He has extensive knowledge in Greenhouse Gas Management process, developing and implementing the management system. He has also participated in GHG projects for companies in the agribusiness, medical and service industries.
