Mar Ibáñez

Mar has a solid background as an expert in electronic identification and signature, as well as in privacy and information security. She was Manager of the Agency of Technology and Electronic Certification (ACCV) and head of the legal department of the Certification Authority of the Valencian Community. He has advised on the qualification of trust services under the eIDAS Regulation, participating in implementation, adaptation and auditing processes in the field of personal data protection.

He has worked on the evaluation of electronic identification and signature systems, the approval of electronic invoicing systems and ICT regulatory compliance for public and private entities. She has also conducted document management audits and designed roadmaps for adaptation to Law 39/2015 on Common Procedure for Public Administrations.

In the academic field, she holds the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP) in Training and Work Orientation from the University of Valencia, and has worked as a tutor and teacher in courses on technology law, electronic signature, electronic administration, security and data protection in institutions such as the University of Valencia, IVAP, UPV, UNIR, VIU and Chambers of Commerce.
