She has nearly 30 years of experience advising national and international companies on the protection, management, and defense of industrial property assets, including trademarks, designs, and domain names. She has developed her career in top-tier law firms, establishing a practice that encompasses both advisory and litigation work.
She is highly specialized in EU trademark and design law, with extensive experience in complex proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), as well as in litigation before the Court of Justice of the European Union, representing leading multinational companies in their respective sectors.
Since 2008, she has held executive positions, leading teams and participating in the establishment and development of trademark and design practices within international firms. Her profile combines technical expertise with a clear strategic and commercial approach.
