She is highly specialized in EU trademark and design law, with extensive experience in complex proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), as well as in litigation before the Court of Justice of the European Union, representing leading multinational companies in their respective sectors.
