Throughout his career, he has advised domestic and foreign companies on tax, corporate and regulatory compliance matters. He has experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, corporate reorganisations and documentation relating to domestic and international transactions.

He has also been involved in tax analysis, the review of potential liabilities, the preparation of reports, appeals and responses to requests from the Internal Revenue Service and other public bodies, providing strategic support in risk management and compliance with regulatory obligations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Chile.
• Postgraduate Diploma in International Taxation, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Chile.
