Julia Portero

She has extensive experience advising companies across a wide range of sectors, such as finance and telecommunications, on issues related to data protection, regulatory compliance, artificial intelligence, consumer matters, payment services, and fintech services.

Furthermore, she specializes in litigation, with experience in managing and coordinating administrative and contentious matters. Among other things, Julia has experience defending clients before the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Telecommunications Market Commission, and the Secretary of State for Telecommunications.
