Juan Luis Moreno is an executive and the Chief Executive Officer of ECIJA Tech
He has over 30 years’ experience leading business transformation processes in sectors such as telecommunications, media and executive education. He has held senior executive positions at companies including The Valley Business & Tech School, Vocento, France Telecom, Lycos Europe, Global One and Siemens.
As Partner & Managing Director, and previously Chief Innovation Officer at The Valley, he led the institution’s strategic evolution, driving leadership programmes in artificial intelligence, digital transformation and organisational reinvention for senior management. He also designed and launched ‘The Place’, an innovation hub aimed at connecting emerging technologies with business strategy and sectoral transformation. He has extensive experience in organisational integration, the redesign of operating models, the creation of innovation ecosystems and providing strategic advice to boards of directors and management teams. He is a regular speaker at business forums on AI, leadership and structural transformation. He is currently Managing Director of ECIJA Tech.
