Jordan Arias

Jordan has more than ten years of professional experience advising local companies, transnational and multinational groups, investors, educational institutions, and organizations operating in highly regulated sectors, accompanying them in their establishment, expansion, and operation in Costa Rica. 

His practice ranges from managing different immigration solutions for different sectors to licenses, permits, health registrations, and environmental authorizations. He also develops content and training programs on immigration and regulatory matters for management teams and human resources departments. 

Thanks to his experience, strategic vision, and in-depth knowledge of the Costa Rican regulatory environment, he leads and supervises complex processes related to international talent mobility, foreign investment, and regulatory compliance.

His approach combines technical rigor, client proximity, and agile solutions, backed by a highly trained team.
