Joaquim is a lawyer specialized in privacy, regulatory compliance, information security, and artificial intelligence

He regularly advises large national and international companies on data protection implementation, adaptation, and audits, serving as a Data Protection Officer. They have extensive experience in the legal defense of companies in sanctioning procedures before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection and the National Court.

Joaquim has participated in numerous projects for the implementation of information security management systems and in regulatory adaptation processes related to information society services and electronic commerce. He specializes in the drafting and review of contracts and policies linked to the use of innovative technologies such as big data, cookies, the Internet of Things, blockchain, electronic signature, biometrics, and digital transformation. He also advises on the analysis of risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence and in the design of governance policies and proper use of this technology.
