Joana Soares Quirino

She is active in the areas of corporate law, commercial law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), having provided legal advice on various projects, including M&A transactions and restructurings, with a particular focus on the real estate, energy (particularly renewable energy) and transport sectors. He is also involved in the incorporation and monitoring of companies in various sectors of activity.

She provides general legal advice in the corporate field, including mergers, transformations, spin-offs, dissolutions and liquidations, commercial transactions, negotiation and drafting of contracts, due diligences, as well as regular legal assistance to companies in various corporate and commercial law matters.

She has also advised companies in the areas of media and communication.

She started her internship at AMM & Associados (Landwell - PricewaterhouseCoopers legal network) and completed it at Cuatrecasas in 2005, where she remained as a senior associate until 2018. That year she joined OutSystems, where she worked as legal advisor and head of compliance and data protection.

Between 2009 and 2014, she also worked as a guest assistant in the Interdisciplinary Legal Practice Module (Commercial and Corporate Law) of the Law Degree at the Law School of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

She has been part of Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2024.
