Joana Carvalho
Senior associate
Joana Carvalho is a Senior Associate in the Family, Succession, and Family Business Practice Area, as well as in Litigation and Arbitration.
She works in the field of civil litigation, insolvency, and restructuring, having participated and intervened in various out-of-court negotiations, civil court proceedings, debt recovery, insolvency, and corporate restructuring. With several years of professional experience, she participates in various restructuring operations, both judicial and extrajudicial, advising creditors or debtors in all phases of these processes.
She completed her internship at CMB – Sociedade de Advogados, R.L., in 2018, where she remained as a lawyer until 2023.
She has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2023.
