He has advised companies in the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex commercial and civil contracts, as well as in the drafting of corporate and notarial instruments, ensuring regulatory compliance and the mitigation of legal risks.

He has experience in national and international arbitration, both in the contractual phase - designing clauses and dispute resolution strategies - and in the litigation phase, representing our clients' interests before courts and arbitration centres.
