He has extensive experience in strategic transformation projects for public and private entities.
He has more than six years of experience advising on matters such as data ethics, regulatory compliance regarding privacy, artificial intelligence, big data, and complex data exchange agreements. He has designed and implemented corporate compliance programs, risk maps, audits, process flowcharts, and ethical reporting channels, integrating international regulations such as GDPR, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, and French Sapin II Law into compliance models.
His experience includes the standardization and oversight of technological projects in sectors such as Security and Defence, with special attention to the ethical oversight of technological innovation, as well as the management of due diligence and third-party compliance processes. He is a professor at the School of Industrial Organisation, a regular speaker at international forums such as the Internet Governance Forum and the Annual Compliance Congress, and ranks among the 50 most influential people in disruption and innovation according to the Agile Nations consortium of the World Economic Forum.
