Throughout his career, Jaume has developed a solid practice in comprehensive advice to companies, covering labor law, technological law applied to the labor field (Labour Tech), commercial and labor restructurings, as well as legal direction in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings at all procedural levels.

He has represented numerous national and international companies before Social Courts, High Courts of Justice, and the Supreme Court. His experience includes defense in dismissals, sanctions, substantial modifications of working conditions, claims for rights and amounts, and reconciliation of personal and labor life. He also has extensive experience in collective negotiation, participating in sectoral agreements and collective dismissal processes.

Jaime distinguishes himself by his ability to offer practical solutions to Human Resources and Labor Relations departments, combining technical rigor with a strategic vision aimed at conflict prevention.
