Jaime Arenas

Throughout his career, Jaime has advised banking and financial institutions, as well as insurance companies in civil liability cases in the construction sector, achieving rulings that have established current jurisprudence. His experience also includes advising companies that implement solutions based on Blockchain technology, as well as private clients in the release of funds from cryptocurrency transactions and private investment contracts.

Recognised as a reference in the intersection between law and technology, he is a regular lecturer and trainer in matters related to the legality of Blockchain technology, participating in bar associations and specialised forums. His ability to combine legal knowledge with technological innovation has enabled him to position himself as a trusted advisor in highly regulated sectors.
