Lawyer and Director of the Privacy and Compliance Area at ECIJA Barcelona, with over 12 years of experience in regulatory compliance projects, anti-corruption, internal reporting, data protection and cyber security, as well as in compliance with international standards ISO and UNE.

Throughout his career, he has coordinated regulatory compliance and data protection projects in large organizations in sectors such as banking, automotive, automotive components, logistics and transport, industrial sector, packaging and medical devices.

In the last seven years, he has led projects to implement and audit compliance management systems, criminal compliance, internal reporting and anti-corruption, in accordance with international standards such as ISO 37001, ISO 37301, ISO 37002 and UNE 19601.

He combines his professional practice with teaching training courses in regulatory compliance and data protection, and is the author of specialized articles on these topics.
