She is highly specialized in Trademark Law (national, European, and international), offering comprehensive advice on trademark protection and developing global intellectual property strategies. She directly manages trademark portfolios, plans and coordinates the submission and follow-up of applications, and drafts documents before administrative and judicial entities, including oppositions, appeals, nullities, and lapses.

She intervenes in complex industrial property negotiations, reviewing and drafting coexistence contracts, assignment agreements, licenses, and due diligence. In cases of infringement, she designs defense strategies from the detection of the violation to the filing of legal actions. Her background includes experience at leading firms and solid practice in coordination with IP agents in different jurisdictions.
