Ignasi Navarro

He has an outstanding career in labour law and social security law, administrative law, and labour procedural law.

He has participated in numerous corporate restructuring processes, including cases of great national relevance with significant media impact. His experience in collective negotiations and his regular involvement in litigation before the Labour Courts and Tribunals have consolidated him as a leading expert in the field. Furthermore, he has obtained favourable rulings in appeals for the unification of doctrine before the Supreme Court, contributing to the development of case law.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, he has also developed a notable academic career. He has served as an adjunct professor in several master’s programmes and, since 2008, has been a Professor of Labour Law in the Department of Private Law at the University of Barcelona.
