Additionally, she has worked on projects related to the regulation of the audiovisual sector and content distribution.
Before joining ECIJA, Helena played a key role in the field of international arbitration, serving as an arbitrator for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Madrid Court of Arbitration.
Her professional expertise is complemented by a strong academic background.
