Economist and auditor with more than 15 years of experience in financial management, restructuring and advising in special situations

Héctor is an economist and auditor with a solid background in finance, specialising in auditing, financial advisory, corporate financial management and complex restructuring processes. He began his professional career in the audit area at BDO, where he worked for more than six years. Subsequently, he assumed the position of Corporate CFO of a multinational construction group with operations in Europe and America.

For more than five years he was Director of the Financial Consultancy Area at CORP Abogados y Economistas in Zaragoza. He is currently a partner at ECIJA, where he is part of the Financial Consulting and Restructuring team. His practice includes special situations, turnarounds and highly complex transactions for SMEs, large companies and multinational corporations.

Héctor stands out for his ability to lead critical processes with technical rigour, global vision and a practical business orientation. He combines his professional work with teaching in specialised forums on restructuring, including the Madrid College of Economists (CEMAD).
