Guilherme is a lawyer specialised in privacy, data protection, and artificial intelligence governance, with extensive international experience

He has a solid background in privacy, data protection, and artificial intelligence governance, advising national and international organisations on the design and implementation of compliance programmes across multiple jurisdictions. Currently, he leads privacy and AI governance projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex initiatives with a focus on privacy by design, ethics, cybersecurity, and risk management.

His experience includes privacy audits and regulatory assessments (DPIA, LIA, TIA, and merger and acquisition processes), the design of compliance programmes in the European Union, the United States, and Latin America, as well as interactions with regulatory authorities and management of rights exercises. He also advises on international data transfers, contract negotiations, and responses to security incidents.

In the field of artificial intelligence, he has participated in the design of products and governance programmes aligned with European regulations, including risk identification, policy definition, procedures, transparency documentation, and contractual clauses. His profile combines a solid legal background with a strategic and cross-sectional vision, focused on the effective implementation of regulatory solutions in complex technological environments.
