Ghislaine Abarca

She has experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to companies on personal data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, industrial property and regulatory compliance. His practice focuses on the design and implementation of privacy policies, technological compliance and risk management strategies in digital and corporate environments.

Throughout his career, he has participated in processes of adaptation to the new Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 21.719), Cybersecurity Framework Law (Law 21.663) and in the development of compliance programmes in accordance with Chilean regulations and international standards. She has also represented clients in proceedings before the National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI) and in trademark and domain name litigation, integrating the protection of intangible assets within a strategic framework of innovation and business competitiveness.
