Gerard Llebot is the director of the Commercial Department of the Barcelona office. His professional practice mainly focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and divestments, in which he advises industrial clients, start-ups, and institutional clients, both national and international.
He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital, private equity and joint ventures, as well as in corporate restructuring processes. He also provides ongoing advice on the management of boards of directors of commercial companies, corporate conflicts, and national and international contracts, offering a practical approach aimed at achieving his clients' business objectives.
Before joining ECIJA, he developed his professional career as a commercial lawyer in prestigious national firms, as well as in an international professional services firm, which has allowed him to gain solid experience in complex environments and cross-border transactions.
