Gabriel Dejarden

He represents companies in national and international business transactions and provides assistance in commercial real estate, energy, audits, commercial contracting, asset acquisitions and sales and purchases.

He was a professor of the subject Corporate Practice in the Master in Corporate Business and International Litigation, taught by the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) of Santo Domingo together with the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos of Madrid.

He holds a Law Degree, magna cum laude, from the PUCMM, and a Master's Degree in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic, the American Bar Association and the International Arbitration Centre of Madrid and the Ibero-American Arbitration Centre (CIAM - CIAR).
