Fernando is a lawyer specialized in litigation and arbitration, with extensive experience in civil, commercial and contested-administrative law.

Fernando has a solid track record advising and defending the interests of businesses and individuals both in ordinary jurisdiction and in arbitration proceedings. He specializes in areas such as obligations and contracts, claims for amounts, fundamental rights, unfair competition and intellectual property, providing strategic solutions tailored to the needs of each client.

He has worked with companies from sectors such as consumer goods, communication and audiovisual, finance and real estate, defining the most appropriate lines of defense to ensure the success of his clients' claims. Additionally, he has experience in negotiating and drafting contracts of various kinds, including service contracts, collaboration contracts and works execution contracts.
