Fátima Paredes

She is active in the areas of traffic accidents and civil liability, representing both insurers and injured parties. He also works in banking litigation, focusing on debt collection and recovery, insolvency proceedings and executive proceedings, providing services in this area throughout the northern region of the country, representing institutions such as Millennium BCP, Banco Santander and Bankinter (having also previously worked with the banks Pinto & Sotto Mayor, Totta & Açores, Crédito Predial Português and Barclays Portugal).

She began his career at the City Council of Guimarães, as a lawyer (1990-1992), providing legal support on administrative infringements, and subsequently completed a traineeship as a lawyer. After completing his traineeship, he practised law on his own, joining a law firm with three other colleagues.

In 2004, she joined A. Sousa Pinto, Casimiro José Ribeiro - Sociedade de Advogados SP, RL, as a senior lawyer, where she practised until February 2022. In March of the same year, she joined Rui Mesquita e Associados - Sociedade de Advogados SP, RL, as an associate.

She has been part of Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2024.
