Ernesto Freer

Ernesto has experience in corporate law, working with SMEs on their formalisation, corporate management and regulatory compliance, including the coordination of institutional permits and compliance with SUGEF and the processing of requirements for companies in the Free Trade Zone.

In addition, he has experience in intellectual property, managing trademarks and trade names, conducting feasibility studies, and filing appeals and oppositions before the Intellectual Property Registry and the Administrative Registry Court.

His experience in real estate law includes document coordination, accompanying clients during the closing process, and support in the legal planning of real estate developments.

His most recent projects include the corporate structuring of SMEs, regulatory compliance with SUGEF, Free Trade Zone procedures, intellectual property procedures, and the coordination of subdivision processes with clients and surveyors to prepare real estate developments for eventual sale.
