Elissa Stoffels

Elissa has more than 14 years of professional experience advising national and international companies in corporate structuring, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and real estate transactions in Costa Rica.

Her practice includes the comprehensive accompaniment of real estate developers and foreign and domestic investors in sale and purchase processes, due diligence, corporate structuring, administration and conflict resolution, as well as in the management of condominium matters and project development.

In parallel, she has consolidated a specialised track record in sustainability and ESG compliance, particularly in agricultural supply chains in Latin America, leading multinational projects in social auditing, due diligence and strengthening governance and traceability systems.

She has had the opportunity to collaborate with global organisations and actors, promoting responsible practices aligned with international standards.

She integrates business acumen, sustainability and strategic legal risk management to offer preventive and high-impact legal solutions to corporate clients, investors and important actors in the ESG sector.
