Elisa Merino

She has solid experience in advising companies and representing their interests before judicial bodies.

Throughout her more than 7 years of experience, she has advised national and international companies on the criminal liability of legal entities, with in-depth knowledge of national and international regulations and jurisprudence. She has led projects for the implementation and adaptation of Compliance Management Systems to the requirements of the Criminal Code and UNE 19601, as well as the analysis of corporate criminal risks.

Elisa has directed investigations resulting from internal complaints submitted through corporate channels, preparing final reports with the conclusions obtained. She combines her compliance work with defence and representation of clients in criminal proceedings, bringing a strategic and rigorous approach to all stages of the process.
