Diorella González

Diorella is a lawyer with specialised studies in public law, administrative contracting and public management, with experience in public institutions and private companies. She has developed her practice in energy regulation, administrative litigation and public labour law.

Her experience has been characterised by the accompaniment to management levels in institutional decision making, integrating legal vision, risk management, regulatory compliance, helping companies and institutions to make assertive decisions, mitigating future risks through a strategic approach on quality issues and with a vision for the future.

She has also led licensing processes, including obtaining the country license "Esencial Costa Rica", granted by the Foreign Trade Promotion Agency of Costa Rica (PROCOMER), strengthening compliance standards, corporate reputation and competitiveness.

It has actively participated in the implementation and improvement of Quality Management Systems under ISO 9001:2015, "Quality Management System". In addition, she is certified as an Internal Auditor in said standard providing a comprehensive vision that combines legal technique, internal control, governance and culture of continuous improvement.

• Professional Master's Degree in Public Law, University of Costa Rica (graduated).
• Internal Auditor in Quality Management Systems according to INTE/ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Law Degree, Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho.
