Diego Baldovín

Diego is a partner of ECIJA Zaragoza and founder of Corp Abogados y Economistas, a firm integrated in ECIJA in 2025. He has more than 25 years of experience in the economic-financial field, developed both in large auditing firms and in the business sector. He has been part of companies such as EY, Auren and BDO, and was assistant to the CEO of a Spanish company in the renewable sector with presence in ten countries in Europe and America.

Specialised in business analysis and management, he advises national and international companies on tax, labour, commercial and accounting issues. His approach combines technical knowledge with a solid strategic vision, accompanying companies in processes of growth, transformation and regulatory compliance.

He currently provides economic-financial advisory services to companies in different sectors, providing comprehensive solutions and personalised support in demanding and global environments.
