Diana De Los Santos

She has experience advising both domestic and international clients on corporate, regulatory and property matters, with a focus on transaction execution and legal support for operations involving multi-sector components. She has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, corporate reorganisations and investment structuring.

Her practice also includes advising clients on authorisation, registration and compliance processes before administrative authorities and regulatory bodies, including the Dominican Institute of Telecommunications, the Superintendence of Electricity, the Ministry of Finance and the Superintendence of Insurance.

She also advises on obtaining tax exemptions and incentives, as well as other administrative processes relating to the development and operation of projects.

In the property sector, she is involved in the negotiation, structuring and execution of transactions relating to commercial developments and property assets, including due diligence processes and transaction-related risk analysis.

Diana was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she deepened her knowledge of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, financial regulation, regulatory compliance and the US legal system. As part of this experience, she undertook an internship at the Ohio Ethics Commission, gaining experience in public ethics, government transparency and compliance matters.
