Daniella Guilbee

Daniella is an Associate Level I and a graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). She has also completed a Diploma in Trusts, issued by her alma mater.

In her professional practice, she has participated in the preparation of reports assessing the legal framework on personal data protection, as well as the modernization of the legal framework on e-commerce and the digital economy for various governmental entities. She also assists clients in the preparation of bids for both national and international procurement processes, as well as in the contracting process and service delivery.

Additionally, she advises clients on corporate, corporate governance, and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions of large companies. 

She has also played a key role in real estate due diligence processes for international investors. In this regard, she has assisted in the preparation of legal consultancy reports for international clients on energy generation from solid waste, tax regime applicable to cross-border payments, withholding taxes, and the tax treatment of cross-border services in the Dominican Republic, among others.
