Daniela Guimarães focuses her practice on Litigation, with particular emphasis on disputes related to Corporate Law and commercial contracts. Daniela Guimarães also advises on national and international negotiations aimed at concluding agreements intended to resolve and prevent disputes.
Daniela Guimarães completed her traineeship and practised as an Associate at Vieira Advogados. Prior to that, Daniela Guimarães was part of Magellan – European Affairs Consulting, where she acted as a consultant representing the interests of several Portuguese companies before the European Institutions.
Daniela Guimarães was part of the working group responsible for the publication of Law no. 69/2017, of 11 August, which regulates credit recovery funds.
Daniela Guimarães has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2020 and currently heads the Braga office.
