Daniel is a lawyer specializing in data protection, compliance, and technology law, with over 10 years of experience providing legal advice on privacy, digital regulation, and information security. He is an external expert in anti-money laundering, registered with the Executive Service for the Prevention of Money Laundering of the Bank of Spain, and provides consultancy to various institutions and organizations in Ibero-America, participating in the development of regulations in the field.

As a driving force behind the Ibero-American Data Protection Observatory, he has led studies on data regulation and processing in the region.
