As a professional at SERTE ECONOMISTAS Y ABOGADOS, S.A.P., she works closely with the Tax and Commercial Departments of the firm to oversee decisions related to corporate restructuring, growth plans, corporate strategies, and the submission of insolvency applications for companies in crisis.
