Cristina is a solicitor specialising in property and town planning law, and has over 18 years’ experience advising leading national and international investors on complex, high-value property transactions in Spain. Before joining the firm, she spent more than eleven years at Jones Day’s Madrid office, where she held the position of Of Counsel in the Real Estate practice. She regularly advises institutional investors, private equity funds, asset managers, property developers and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border transactions.
