Clara Collado

Throughout her career, she has advised national and international production companies on independent productions and commissions for major OTT platforms, providing comprehensive advice on contractual matters from the financing phase to all stages of production. She has solid experience in legal compliance and clearance of productions, managing the acquisition of pre-existing rights and the protection of rights of honor, privacy, and image, both in scripted and unscripted content.

Likewise, she advises on audiovisual regulatory matters, advertising, influencer marketing, and in the music industry. Her practice combines technical knowledge with a strategic vision, contributing to ensuring that projects meet the highest legal and creative standards.
