With 20 years of experience in advising national and international companies.

Throughout his career, he has worked both as an in-house lawyer for technology multinationals —including Atos and Avanade— and at specialised legal boutiques, which has allowed him to acquire a comprehensive and practical view of the business. His experience includes the negotiation and drafting of complex technology contracts in English and Spanish, in diverse sectors such as telecommunications, banking and insurance, retail and consumer, tourism, or transportation.

In addition to his specialisation in technology contracting, he has provided advice on intellectual property and data protection, enhancing his multidisciplinary profile to provide comprehensive legal support to companies in highly innovative and regulated environments.
