Carolina Meireles

He has worked extensively on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and commercial contracts. Throughout his career, he has worked on some of the most prominent matters in Portugal.

After finishing his internship, he joined the law firm A. M. Pereira, Sáragga Leal, Oliveira Martins, Júdice & Associados, SP, RL (now PLMJ, SP, RL), where he remained until August 2008.

Between September 2008 and December 2009, he joined the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Garrigues - Sucursal em Portugal, SP, RL. In January 2010, she returned to PLMJ as a senior associate in the corporate and M&A practice.

Throughout her career, she has also worked on secondment in the legal departments of Novabase (February to May 2017), TAP (December 2019 to April 2020) and Impresa Group (SIC and Expresso), between October 2020 and May 2021.

He joined Antas da Cunha Ecija in 2021.
