Carmen is a labour lawyer with extensive experience in labour relations, restructurings, and collective bargaining

Carmen has an outstanding career in legal-labour consultancy for companies, both in direct support and in the external management of human resources policies. Her experience includes negotiating collective agreements, company agreements, and equality plans, as well as participating in electoral processes for social representation bodies. She maintains a solid relationship with legal representatives of workers and trade unions, and has been involved in employment regulation files.

She offers expert advice in all areas of labour relations, including drafting additional clauses for employment contracts, developing incentive and variable remuneration policies, implementing equality plans, communicating substantial changes to working conditions, managing functional and geographical mobility, drafting termination letters, preparing working calendars and schedules, calculating compensation for termination, negotiating salary increases and any other matters related to labour relations and human resources management.
