Carlos is a labour lawyer with a solid track record in legal advice to companies, institutions, and individuals. He specializes in Labour Law and Social Security, and has extensive experience in designing and implementing labour legal strategies, both in procedural terms and in collective negotiation.

Throughout his career, he has advised leading companies in sectors such as audiovisual, education, and technology, assisting his clients in processes of labour restructuring, collective conflicts, special labour relations, and legal defense in all procedural instances, from conciliations to appeals before the Supreme Court.

He has been the reference lawyer for Atresmedia, Grupo RACE, and Grupo SECUOYA, providing ongoing advice on hiring, dismissals, substantial modifications, reconciliation of work and family life, and regulatory compliance in the labour field.

Before joining ECIJA, Carlos worked at the Vizcaíno Casas Law Firm (1990–2009) and subsequently at Jiménez de Parga Attorneys (2010–2019). His knowledge of the legal-labour environment and his negotiation skills make him a key profile for the prevention and resolution of labour conflicts in complex organizations.
