Camille Gonzalvez is an Associate at ECIJA’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice

Camille specialises in providing regulatory, commercial and contractual advice to national and international technology companies, particularly in relation to the protection and exploitation of intangible assets and the development of digital businesses and products.

She has extensive experience in the adtech ecosystem, social media and other information society service providers, in relation to European and national regulations applicable to their business models, including the DSA, the DMA, the RIA and the GDPR. Her practice also includes the structuring and negotiation of technology contracts, software licences, service agreements and transactions involving the transfer of technology assets. Furthermore, she is involved in commercial transactions and corporate restructurings of technology companies forming part of international groups.

She also has significant expertise in regulated sectors, particularly in the field of online gambling, where he advises on licensing, gambling advertising, responsible gambling, consumer protection and proceedings before the DGOJ and other competent authorities.

  • Graduate in French Law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and in Spanish Law from the International University of La Rioja.
  • Master’s Degree in ICT Law, Social Media and Intellectual Property from ESADE
