Andreia de Deus Rijo

Andreia de Deus Rijo focuses her practice on domestic and international Tax Law, regularly advising individuals and corporate entities on a wide range of transactions, including the establishment of investment structures, corporate reorganisations, and financing transactions, with particular emphasis on issues related to double taxation, as well as direct and indirect taxes. Andreia de Deus Rijo also provides legal and tax advice on domestic and international tax planning, within the context of wealth management and succession planning. In addition, Andreia de Deus Rijo is actively involved in tax litigation, representing taxpayers before the tax authorities, judicial courts, and arbitration tribunals across multiple areas of taxation.

Andreia de Deus Rijo began her career as a trainee lawyer in 2015 at Caiado Guerreiro, Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL, where she was part of the Tax and Private Clients team until 2021.

Andreia de Deus Rijo is a member of the AFP – Associação Fiscal Portuguesa and the author of legal articles on Tax Law matters.

Andreia de Deus Rijo has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2021.
