Andrea Fernández

Andrea is a lawyer specializing in data protection, certified as a Data Protection Officer according to the AEPD Scheme.
Throughout her career, she has led projects for the implementation, maintenance, and auditing of information security management systems and personal data protection. Furthermore, she participates in Information Security Committees and advises on ICT Law matters, including artificial intelligence, signature certificates, software contracts, and e-Sports.
Andrea combines her professional practice with participation as a speaker in specialized conferences and training courses, and regularly collaborates with media and publications in the legal and technology sectors such as Expansión, Revista ARAL, Bhalia, 20minutos or Red Seguridad. She is an active member of the groups “ECIJA By Women” and “ECIJA Pride”, reflecting her commitment to diversity and inclusion.
